Italian Cheese Cake :
Ingredients
Biscuit 300gm
Butter 70gm
Cream 500gm
Cheese cream 240gm
Condensed milk 300gm
Lemon juice 30
Egg white 3
Yolks 3
Gelatin 15gm
Sugar 50gm
Mangoes as required
Chocolate as required
Cherries for topping
Method: crush biscuits and add melted butter and mix well. Make a layer of biscuit in a pan and put in a freezer for half hour. Beat whippy whip cream until it’s fluffy. Separate egg white and gradually add sugar in the mixture. Make a mixture of cheese cream and condense milk in another bowl add lemon juice. Combine whippy cream mixture into a sour cream, mix well. Add meringue (egg white and sugar) too. Dissolve gelatin in a hot water and give some minutes to active. Then mix quickly and add in a mixture. Make a layer of cream in a biscuit pan and freeze it again.
Dragon Chicken:
Ingredients for sauce
Chili oil ¾ cup
Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
Honey 4 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Orange color pinch
Vinegar 2tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chili garlic sauce ¾ cup
Sesame seeds 1tbsp
Ingredients to marinate chicken
Chicken breast julienne cut 250gm
Salt ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Egg 1
Corn flour 2tsp
Flour 1tsp
Method:
Cut chicken in julienne form. Add ½ tsp salt, white pepper, 1tsp chicken powder. Mix well. Add 2tsp corn flour, 1tsp all-purpose flour and 1 egg. Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 20 minutes in a fridge. Fry chicken strip in a deep fry oil.
Cheese Arabian Pops:
Ingredients
Pita bread 4 piece
Chicken cheese balls 1 packet
Salt to taste
Black pepper 3 tbsp
Chili garlic ketchup 3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs as required
All-purpose flour as required
Chopped capsicum 1
Mozzarella & cheddar cheese as required
Oil 2 cup
Method:
Make a filling of chicken cheese pop, by using manosalwa cheese ball. Rough chopped cheese ball, add chili garlic sauce, black pepper, and salt as per taste. Cut half slice of pita bread, put a mixture of cheese ball add capsicum and cheese (optional). Add all propose flour in a bowl put some water, pinch of salt and black pepper and make a thick mixture. Coat pita bread in a flour mixture then coat with bread crumb. Fry pita bread in a shallow oil. Serve them with mayo garlic/ chili sauce.
For sauce:
Put oil in a saucepan, add chili oil and sauté chopped garlic until color changed. Add honey and sugar and cook some minutes. Then add vinegar, salt, paprika and chili garlic sauce. Add pinch of food color. Cook until sauce is ready.
Coat chicken in a sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
Bean Sprout Rice:
Ingredients
Ginger paste 1tbsp
Green chili 4
Ghee/oil ¼ cup
Cinnamon 1stick
Garlic paste 1tbsp
Bay leaf 1
Onion 1 medium sliced
Salt as required
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Boiled rice 3cup
Bean sprouts as requited
Green onion for garnishing
Thyme ¼ tsp
Oregano ¼ tsp
Peanuts roasted as required
Method:
Sautee chopped garlic and ginger paste, and onion slice in an oil. Cook until color change. Then add bay leaf, green chilies, cinnamon and beans sprout cook for 5 to 8 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and thyme as per required. Cook the rice the same way as you normally do. Stir fry beans sprout and rice. Present with roasted peanuts and chopped green onion.
