Crispy Chicken:

Ingredients

Chicken ½ kg
Corn Flour ½ cup
Bread Crumbs ½ cup
Oregano ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted) 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Paprika 2tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Garlic Paste 1tsp
Egg 1
Method:
Marinate chicken with oregano, cumin seeds, salt, paprika, black pepper and garlic paste.
Now sprinkles corn flour, dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in heat oil.
Extra Crispy Chicken is ready.

kofta chana:

Ingredients

Meat balls 1packet
Boil chickpeas ½ kg
Salt 1tsp
Red chili 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Onion 1
Oil ½ cup
Water 1cup
All spice ½ tsp
Ginger to garnish
Coriander to garnish
Green chilies to garnish

Mix Sabzi Butter:

Ingredients

Carrots 2
Potatoes 2
Brinjal 1
Cauliflower 250gm
Capsicum 2
Green peas 1cup
Garlic 1tbsp
Red chili round 4
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Butter as required
Tomatoes ground 1cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Red chili powder 1tsp
Curry leaves 6
Oil as required

Fried Cinnamon Strips

Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal and toss to mix. Heat oil in deep-fryer or deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Fry 4 or 5 tortilla strips for 30 seconds on a side, until golden brown.
