Fruit Dessert:
Ingredients:
Yogurt 1 packet
Cream 1 packet
Red jelly 1 packet
Fruit cocktail 1 tin
Bananas 2
Gelatin powder 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Caster Sugar 4 tbsp
Method:
Gelatin powder ¼ cup dissolve in water .now in a pot yogurt, cream, sugar, gelatin mixture and vanilla essence add and mix .then remove in a serving dish then pour on top fruit cocktail and bananas .now in red jelly add 2 cup of water add and cook then freez it .then pour on fruit cocktail and then cool and serve .
Kala Chana Chaat:
Ingredients:
Boiled Black Chickpeas 2 cup
Cubed, Boiled Potato 1
Chopped Onion 1
Chopped Tomato 1
Green Chilies 2
Green Coriander ¼ cup
Chopped Mint 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Sev ½ cup
Yogurt ½ kg
Method:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except yogurt and sev
In the end add yogurt and sev and serve.
Tawa Qeema Karahi:
Ingredients:
Chicken Mince ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Oil 1/3 cup
Onions (chopped) ½ cup
Tomatoes (chopped) 250 grams
Coriander Leaves (chopped) ½ bunch
Green Chilies 6-8
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Coriander 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon Wedges 2
Raita for serving
Method:
Heat oil on a tawa, add chicken with chopped onions and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, now cook it on low flame till the water dries out.
Now add tomatoes and yogurt with salt and red chili powder, cover and leave it to cook on low flame.
Now add ground all spice, crushed coriander, crushed black pepper and green chilies with coriander leaves.
Lastly sprinkle chopped ginger and serve with lemon wedges, naan, salad and raita.
