Hawaiian Chicken Skewers :
Chicken marination ingredients:
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Barbecue sauce 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for skewers:
Capsicums cubes 1 cup
Pine apple cubes 1 cup
Onion cubes 1 cup
Pine apple juice ½ cup
Mushrooms ¾ cup
Wooden sticks as required
Method:
All chicken marination ingredients mix in chicken and leave for 2 hours. then in skewers all skewers ingredients swing and grill it then serve.
Dates and Lemon Dip:
Ingredients:
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Dates (mashed) 2 tbsp
Lemon juice ¾ tbsp
Crushed black pepper ¾ tsp
Salt as required
Method
In a bowl all ingredients mix well and serve.
Garlicky Herb Potatoes Salad :
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes with peel 1 cup
Olives oil 2 tbsp
Crushed garlic 1-1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Crushed black pepper 1-1/2 tsp
Mix Italian herb 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
All ingredients mix in a bowl and serve.
