Delicious hummus made with boiled green chickpeas, lemon and the delicious Tahini, served with Lavash.
HARA CHANA HUMMUS
Ingredients
1 cup fresh green chickpeas, boiled
4-5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup tahini
Salt to taste
½ cup green chickpeas stock
Olive oil for drizzling
Paprika powder for garnishing
1-2 black olives, pitted and sliced for garnishing
Lavash for serving
Method
1. In a blender, add green chick peas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, green chickpea stock and blend to a fine paste.
2. Transfer on to a serving plate, and spread it evenly and make a well in centre, pour in olive oil in it.
3. Sprinkle paprika powder and garnish with olives and serve with lavash.
