Raw papaya 1 tbsp

Cooking Directions
Put mince in a chopper with raw papaya, National ginger garlic paste, National chilli powder, National salt, allspice, green chilies, coriander leaves, onion, clarified butter, nutmeg, mace and green cardamom.
Chopperized till smooth.
Leave the mince to marinate for 1 hour in the fridge.
Put on square skewers and BBQ.
