Over the years I have realized, the true joy of food lies in the small carts on the roadside 
Driving along the canal road, one can see numerous food stalls fruits, vegetables, channay, naan, chaat; but the one stall that caught my attention was the Golgappa cart 
Lavishly decorated, it was too hard to miss! I felt as if the cart was calling me towards it, so I just had to try it out!
I asked for one serving and got this whole tray served!What I loved about this platter was the simplicity; no complications and no confusion. Just hold the golgappa in your the hand, add the meethi chutney, dip it in the khatta pani ( I don’t usually add channay inside) and gulp! I love the crunch and splash that follows 
I am a very serious fan of gol-gappe and I always stop over on road sides to eat them! So who else loves gol-gappe?
