Over the years I have realized, the true joy of food lies in the small carts on the roadside 😋
Driving along the canal road, one can see numerous food stalls fruits, vegetables, channay, naan, chaat; but the one stall that caught my attention was the Golgappa cart 🤩 Lavishly decorated, it was too hard to miss! I felt as if the cart was calling me towards it, so I just had to try it out!
I asked for one serving and got this whole tray served!What I loved about this platter was the simplicity; no complications and no confusion. Just hold the golgappa in your the hand, add the meethi chutney, dip it in the khatta pani ( I don’t usually add channay inside) and gulp! I love the crunch and splash that follows 😍
I am a very serious fan of gol-gappe and I always stop over on road sides to eat them! So who else loves gol-gappe?
