Ingerdients:

1: MASH DAL, 2 CUP.(wash and soak in luke warm water for 3 to 4 hours)
2: GREEN CHILLI,3 TO 4.
3: FRESH CORIANDER,HALF CUP.
4: CRUSHED RED CHILLI, 1TBsp.
5: National SALT 11/2  Tsp.
6: National CORIANDER POWDER,1Tsp.(heeped)
7: National CUMIN SEED POWDER, 1Tsp.(heeped)
8: ONE LARGE ONION.
9: National KASURI METHI (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)1TBsp
10:BAKING SODA, HALF Tsp

Recipe:

1: in a grinder add the daal and grind it coarsely, not to liquidy.(can use a few tbs of water if required).
2: now add all the spices and mix well.
3: in a pan heat oil hot boiling hot, make small round shape batter and fry till golden brown, when you add the batter it should sit down and slowly float to the surface once cooked.
4: once fried serve hot with the sauce of your choice.
