Fish Fillet Burger:
Ingredients for marinating:
Fish fillet 4
Mustard paste 1tbsp
White pepper 1-1/2tsp
Salt as per taste
Burger buns ingredients:
Burger buns 4
Cheese slice 4
Butter 4tbsp
Mayonnaise 4tbsp
Ice berg as required
Oil for frying
Batter’s ingredients:
Self raising flour 3/4cup
Eggs 1
Salt 2pinches
Water as required
Bread crumbs 2-1/2cups
Method:
On the fish fillet add salt, white pepper and mustard paste to marinate for 30mins. For the batter mix all the ingredients and with water mix thoroughly. Then roast both sides of the bun and add mayonnaise. Then dip a piece of fillet in the batter and roll it in the bread crumbs to fry. Now set it on the bun and add cheese slice over it. Now add the other half of the bun and set it by a toothpick in between and serve with tartar sauce.
Tartar Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1cup
Salt 2pinches
White pepper 1/4tsp
Egg white (boiled) 1tbsp
Lemon juice 1-1/2tbsp
Pickle 1 tbsp
Parsley (finely cut) 1 tsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients and serve it with burgers.
Creamy Pineapple Coleslaw:
Ingredients:
Cabbage finely cut 2cups
Carrot finely cut 1/2cup
Pineapple finely cut 1cup
Sugar 2tbsp
Mayonnaise 1cup
Cream 4tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2tsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Lettuce leaf for garnishing
Method:
In a pot add cabbage, carrot and pineapple to mix. Now In a separate bowl add Mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream, salt, black pepper powder and sugar to mix. Now add all the chopped ingredients and serve it cold.
