Ingredients
Fish 1/2 kg
Green chillies 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green coriander paste (1/2 bunch
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Turmeric a pinch
Yoghurt 3/4 cup
Regular oil 2 tbsp
Italia oil 1 tbsp
Potato 2 to 3
Method
Add oil in a pan and mix all ingredients in yoghurt. Cook for a while then add potato pieces. First cook till almost done then add fish add with 1 cup water. Cook till tender.
Soak rice 2 -1/2 cups
Take out fish pcs and keep aside. Add salt according to taste and add water. When the water comes to a boil, add soaked rice and cook when done add few whole green chillies and top with fish pieces simmer serve with kachoomar.
