Ingredients:
Brinjal 1
Peas
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Bottle gourd 1
Olive Oil (Italia) 1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Black Seeds (pinch)
Salt to taste
Method:
In a pan add Olive Oil and onions. When the onions turns golden-brown.
Add Chilli powder, Chilli Flakes, Cumin, Salt and black seeds.
Stir and add tomatoes, brinjal and peas. Bhoonify well!
Add 2 tbsp water and cover the lid.
Turn off the flame after five minutes
