Dragon chicken:
Method:
Chicken’s marinating ingredients:
Boneless chicken 500g
Soy sauce 4tbsp
Red chili paste 1-1/2tbsp
Egg 1
Refined Flour 1/2cup
Corn flour 2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Sauces ingredients:
Oil 2tbsp
Red chili (long) 3-4
Onions (cut in length) 1
Capsicum (cut in length) 1
Ginger garlic (crushed) 1tsp
Red chili paste 1tbsp
Soy sauce 1tbsp
Cashew 8-10
Ketchup 4tbsp
Sugar 1tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add chicken with all the marinating ingredients and set it for 15mins. Heat oil and fry the chicken. Now in a pan heat oil and fry red chili and cashew and take them out. Then mix red chili paste, soy sauce, ketchup and sugar. Now toss it with the fried chicken and mix fried cashew, red chili, onions and capsicum till the sauce thickens. Serve it hot.
Hawaiian fried rice:
Ingredients:
Rice (boiled) 1 (big bowl)
Pine apple (pieces) 1cup
Spring onion (chopped) 4
Capsicum (chopped) 1
Sausages (chopped) 2
Soy sauce 4tbsp
Vinegar 2tbsp
Chicken cube 1
Oil 4tbsp
Sesame seed oil 1tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add soy sauce, vinegar, chicken cube and water. When it’s boiled add boiled rice, sausages, pineapple and sesame seeds oil and simmer it. Lastly add and mix spring onion, capsicum and serve it hot.
Schezwan loli pops:
Ingredients:
wings 1 packet
Crushed garlic ginger 1 tbsp
Red chili paste 2 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Spring onion for garnish
For batter:
Flour 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Eggs 2
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed green chilies 3-4
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil and add crushed ginger garlic. When it starts frying then add chili paste, white pepper, salt, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and sugar and fry masala well. Schezwan sauce is ready.
For batter mix all ingredients with water and beat well. Now dip chicken wings and fry them on medium flame. Then take out and put them schezwan sauce and mix well then serve.
