Ingredients for Daal 
Dal Mung 1 cup
Dal Masoor 1 cup
Water as needed
Salt as per taste
Corriander pdr 11/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Corriander leaves

TARKA
Curry leaves
Green Chili 2 pieces sliced
Garlic 4 pieces sliced
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Sabit rai 1/2 tsp
Onion 1 large sliced
Whole Red Chili 3 pieces
coriander pdr 1/2 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Regular oil 1 tbsp 
Italia olive oil 1 tsp

Soak dal mong and daal masoor for 1 hr
Now boil it adding salt, red chili powder,  turmeric powder, coriander powder 
Now blend the boil lentils in blender.
Simmer for 10 mins when daal gets thicker put tarka.

Tarka: In a cooking pan, add cooking oil, ghee, let it hot then add all tarka ingrediatnts except corraindr pdr. At last when tarka done add corriandr pdr bhuno little and pour it to daal.

Sprinkle garam masla and chopped corriander leaves.

Kurkuri bhindi
Lady finger or bhindi 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili pd 1tsp 
Turmeric 1tsp
Chat mash 1 n 1/2 tsp
Zeera crushed 1tsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp 

Method 
Cut lady finger in thin slice
Mix all ing well keep aside heat oil in kadhai deep fry bhindi till crunchy
Ing for Rice
Rice 2cups 
Small onion 
Regular oil 2tbsp 
Italia olive oil 1 tsp 
Salt according to your taste
Soak rice
Fry thinly sliced onion in oil till light brown add 2 cups water n salt boil add rice mix n cook till done
Serve with kairi achaar lemon pickle pappad and any kabab
