Creamy Tikka Boti:
Ingredients

Chicken tikka boti (chopped) ½ packet
Potatoes ½ kg peeled, cubed and boiled
Tomato 1 cut into small cubes
Onion 1 cut into cubes
Sweet corn ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Curry leaves 20
Whole red pepper 4
Mustard seeds ½ tsp

METHOD

Fry chicken tikka boti then mix all the ingredients and leave on dum finally add cream and serve .

Dahi Lauki :
Ingredients:
Boiled bottle gourd 250 grams
Yogurt 250 grams
Crushed cumin ½ tsp
Chopped green chili 1
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Method:
In a cup add bottle gourd and all spices add and mix. then dish out and remove then add yogurt and keep in refrigerator. then garnish with green coriander and serve in Sehri.

Mutton Shorba:
Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Onion slices 1
Tomatoes 4
Green chilies 4
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
All spice powder ½ tsp
Method:
In a presser cooker add button ,onion ,tomatoes ,red chili ,ginger ,turmeric ,salt ,coriander powder and all spices powder .after this 2 glass water add .when meat tender and water dry then add oil and roast well .now 2 glass water add and cook for half an hour .finally add green chili and green coriander and serve it .
