Ingredients:
Olpers Cream 1 tbsp
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Mint coriander chutney 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Bread as required
Butter as required
Method:
Mix all ingredients except cream cheese, mint coriander chutney and bread.
Keep it aside.
Mix all ingredients under dip except chili flakes.
Garnish dip with chili flakes.
Add butter on bread and toast it.
Add cream cheese on bread on one side as we are making open sandwich.
Top with mint coriander chutney.
Finally spread sandwich filling on it.
Serve with dip and potato fries.
