Coconut Saviyan Balls:
Ingredients:
Coconut chopped 1 cup
Vermicelli 1 packet
Butter 200 gm
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Condensed milk 1 tin
Coconut essence 1 tsp
Coconut powder 1 cup
Method:
Heat butter and vermicelli cook well. Add coconut cook. Add cardamom powder, condensed milk and coconut essence cook well. When it becomes thick let it cool. Make small balls and roll with coconut powder, serve.

Fudge Brownies:
Ingredients
Eggs 3
Sugar 100 gm
Cream 100 ml
Walnut chopped 100 gm
Cooking chocolate 200 gm
Flour 75 gm
Butter 50 gm
Baking powder ½ tsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Method:
Melt butter, chocolate and cream in pan. Heat for 15 minute at 180C in oven. Add 1 pinch of salt. Add egg one by one mix well. Add sugar and vanilla essence then mix baking powder. Pour batter in pan bake for 20 minutes.

Shahi Tamatar Gosht:
Ingredients:
Beef meat ½ kg
Clarified butter ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Green chilies 6
Tomatoes chopped 350 gm
Garlic 1 tsp
Method:
Heat clarified butter fry onion. Add whole cumin fry well. Add salt, red chilies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste cook well. Add meat mix well. Add water cook till meat is done. Add green coriander and green chilies. Remove in dish and serve with naan.
