Chocolate Marble Cake:
Ingredients:
Butter 225g
Caster sugar 225g
Eggs 4
Refined flour 225g
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Cocoa powder 2tbsp
Method:
Except for cocoa powder blend all the ingredients for 1-2mins and make a smooth paste. Then in 2 bowls pour the mixture. In one mixture add 2tbsp coco powder. Now in a baking tin grease it and pour 1 spoon from both the mixtures. Then set the oven at 180degrees and bake it for 45-55mins and serve it at room temperature.

Aalu Makhni :
Ingredients:
Potato ½ kg
Saag 6 bunch
Soya, Chopped 2 bunch
Butter 1 packet
Fresh Cream 2 tbsp
Fresh Red Chili 8
Chopped Green Chili 4
Salt to taste
Turmeric ½ tsp
Garlic 4 cloves
Oil ½ cup

Method:
Wash Fenugreek and soaked in a turmeric and in a karahi heat oil fry the potato cubes till golden. Then another karahi heat oil add garlic cloves and add fenugreek saag ,chopped soya ,fresh red chili ,chopped green chili and turmeric and cook. Now fried potatoes and salt add in this mixture and let it cook for 5 minutes and add butter and fresh cream then let it cook another 10 minutes and serve .

Creamy Garlic Chicken:
Ingredients:
Chicken small pieces 1 kg
Salt 1tsp
Black Peppercorn to taste
Oil 5 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves
Chicken Stock 1 cup
Whipped Cream 1/3 cup
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice few drops
Method:
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Grease the skillet with a little cooking oil and fry the chicken thighs until both sides turn crispy golden brown. Set the chicken aside
Add garlic and sauté.
Add the chicken stock, cream stir to combine well.
Add the chicken and salt, lower heat to simmer, turning the chicken a couple of times so they are completely cooked through.
Squirt some fresh lime juice on the chicken, serve immediately.
