Ingredients:
Chickpea Flour 1+1/2 Cups
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Cabbage 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Carrot 1 (Chopped)
Potato 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
National Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1 Pinch
National Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
National Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
National Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp
Water as you required
Direction:
Take a bowl and add Chickpea Flour, National Salt, National Black Pepper Powder, National Garlic Powder and mix it well and then add National Chili Sauce, National Soya Sauce and add water gradually and mix it well and make a soft batter. After that add all vegetables such as Capsicum, Green Coriander, Cabbage, Carrot, Potato, Green Chilli and mix it well. After that add Baking Soda and mix it well and fry it into ful preheated oil until it become into golden brown color or desire color. After that You Chinese Pakora is ready.
