Chicken with Mushroom Sauce :
Ingredients:
Chicken leg boneless 1 kg
Mushrooms sliced 1 cup
Butter 4 tbsp
Parsley chopped 3 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp
Cream 1 packet
Chicken stock 3 cup
Flour 2 tbsp
White paper 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1 small
Oregano 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl add chicken, garlic powder, salt and mix well and set aside. then in a pan add butter then fry the chicken on both side for 15 minutes on both sides. Then remove and set aside. In the same pan add onion and garlic fry for a minute. Then add flour and mushroom and fry for a minute. then add chicken stock, oregano, cream, white pepper and bring it to a boil and cook on slow heat for 15 minutes. place the chicken in a serving dish, pour the sauce and serve.

Aalu achari bhujia :
Ingredients:
Potato sliced ½ kg
Achar masala 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Crushed chili 1 tsp
Onion sliced 1 large
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cumin ½ tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Green chili sliced 2
Tomato sliced 4
Method
Heat oil in a pan then add potato and fry on medium heat for 10 minutes then remove and set aside. now in the same pan add onion and fry then add tomato, cumin, achari masala, crushed chili, salt, lemon juice and 1 cup of water then cook on slow heat for 10 minutes. Then add potato and green chili and cook on high heat for 5 minutes and serve hot.

Tamatar anda soup :
Ingredients:
Tomato boiled and peeled 5
Tomato puree 1 cup
Chicken stock 6 cup
Egg boiled 3
Onion sliced 1 large
Garlic chopped 1 large
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Vinegar 4 tbsp
Potato sliced 2
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry onion and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes then add all remaining ingredients except egg bring it to a boil and cook on slow heat for 20 minutes then grind to a smooth paste add sliced egg on top and serve.
