Chicken Vegetable Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

Noodles 200 gms (Boiled)
Boneless Chicken 1 Cup
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Carrot, Peas, Corn (1 Cup Each)
National Soya Sauce 1/4 Cup
Onion 1/2 (Chopped)
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1 tsp
National Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Water 1/2 Cup

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pot/pan and add oil and add Ginger Garlic Paste and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Boneless Chicken and fry it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that add Onion, Capsicum and add Carrot, Peas, Corn (1 Cup Each) and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame with stir. After that add Soya Sauce and stir it and cover it with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Step 2: After that remove the lid and take 1/2 cup water and add Corn Flour 1 tbsp and mix it well and then add it and mix it well on low flame. After that add salt, Paprika Powder, Black Pepper Powder and stir it and then cover it with lid and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and add boiled noodles and mix it well on high flame for 2 minutes. After that your Chicken Vegetables Noodles is ready.
