Chicken Stuffed Fry Buns:
Ingredients:
Chicken chapli kabab 1 packet
Burger buns 4
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Green chutney ½ cup
Oil for frying
Method:
Fry Chicken chapli kabab .then cut the bun and remove in the middle .now add Chicken chapli kabab both in the middle then add tomato ketchup and green chutney then keep on top slice then shallow fry and serve .

Qeema Masala :
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Capsicum 2
Green chilies 4
Green coriander ½ bunch
Tomato 250 grams
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Spice powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Bay leaves 1
Onion 250 grams
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion .now add tomatoes ,ginger ,garlic ,salt ,red chili ,turmeric ,coriander powder ,all spices powder ,black pepper and bay leaves add and roast well then add 2 cup of water and cook on low heat .when mince tender and water dry then add capsicum ,green chili green coriander add and 5 minutes leave on dum then serve it .

Imli ki Chutney:
Ingredients:
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Ground red chili 6
Cumin 1 tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Whole coriander ½ tsp
Jaggery 1 piece
Mint ½ bunch
Garlic cloves 6
Method:
In tamarind add coriander, cumin, salt, jiggery, round red chili add and cook then cool it then blendit. after this add mint, tamarind water and garlic add and blend then serve it.
