Beef Crispy Baked Pasta :
Ingredients:
Beef undercut ½ kg
Boiled pasta ½ packet
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Ingredients for white sauce:
Milk 2 cup
Flour 2 tbsp
Butter 100 gm
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Cream ½ cup
Method:
Cut beef into strips. Cook beef strips with black pepper, salt, garlic paste and water. Heat butter add flour cook well. Add milk, black pepper, salt, oregano and cream mix well. Add boiled pasta and meat mix well. Pour in oven proof dish. Add cheddar cheese baked at 180 C for 20 minute.

Chocolate fudge brownie :

Ingredients

Brownie mix 1 packet
Oil or clarified butter ½ cup
Water ¼ cup
Eggs 2

Special shahi tukray:

Ingredients:
Bread slices 8
Clarified butter 2 cups
Cream 1 packet
Sliced almonds 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 cup
Saffron 1 pinch
silver paper 4
Whole dried milk 250 gm
Sliced pistachio 3 tbsp

Method:
Heat clarified butter in a pan. Deep dry the bread slices until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In a pan add sugar, water and saffron. Cut the bread slices into triangle. In sugar syrup add cream and whole dried milk. Mix well. Pour on bread slices. Press silver paper. Sprinkle almonds and pistachios and serve.

Zafrani Raan Chawal:

Ingredients:
Mutton leg 1 kg
Saffron ½ tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green chili paste 4 tbsp
Fat ½ kg
Onion 2
Rice ½ kg
Eggs 4
Milk ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 1 tbsp
Raisins 100 gram
Pistachios, almonds 100 gram
Oil ½ cup
Method
Put crushed black pepper, garlic, salt and green chili paste on mutton leg and leave overnight. Place fat in a large pan. Then put onion cut in pieces. Now add 1 cup water in pressure cooker and cook on slow flame for 1 hour. Then in another large pan add boiled rice put leg over it then add saffron dissolve in milk. Now add salt, black pepper, raisins and egg and leave it on dum for 10 minutes.
