Ingerdients:
1: chicken 1 kg
2: National ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
3: thick yogurt 1/2 cup
4: cream 1/2 cup
5: onion 2 medium (grind)
6: tomatoes 3 medium (grind)
7: National turmeric 1/2 tsp
8: National coriander powder 1 tsp
9: National garam masala powder 1 tsp
10: National red chilli powder 1 tsp
11:green chillies 3
12:mint leaves 15
13:fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
14:coriander seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted)
15: National cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted)
16:black peppercorns 1/2 tsp (dry roasted)
17:lemon juice of 1 lemon
18: National salt 1 tsp
19:oil 1/2 cup
20: National ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
Recipe:
1: grind the green chilli and mint leaves.
2: dry roast National cumin, National coriander, black peppercorn and then grind it.
3: marinate the chicken with lemon juice, mint & green chilli paste, National ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp half of the National salt, red chilli mix well and leave it for 20 minutes.
4: heat oil add the marinated chicken and fry on high flame till gets golden, keep aside.
5: now in the same oil add the onion, National ginger & garlic paste mix well and fry on high flame till gets golden.
6: add tomatoes, National garam masala powder, National coriander powder, National turmeric, National salt, red chilli mix and cook on high flame till the oil comes on the surface.
7: then add the yogurt, mix and cook on high flame till the liquid dries.
8: now add the fried chicken mix well, add water 1 cup wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame.
9: add the dry roasted spice, fenugreek leaves mix and cook till the oil comes on the surface.
10:now add the cream mix and simmer for 4 minutes.
11:serve hot with roti, rogni naan.
