Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless chicken thighs (cut into bite size pieces)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 large onion
1 1/2 tsp National red pepper
1 tsp National corriander powder
1 1/2 tsp National salt
1/2 tsp National cumin powder
National Kabab Masala
1/4 cup oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Cooking Directions
Marinade chicken with oil, lemon juice,National salt, National pepper, National corriander, National Kabab Masala and National cumin powder for at least fifteen minutes to half an hour.
Saute chicken in a large pot on high heat so meat doesn’t give off the juices and rather fries.
Continue to fry while stirring until chicken is completely cooked.
Chop bell peppers and onion into chunky cubes and stir into cooked meat.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on high heat to keep the vegetables firm and crisp.
Remove and serve immediately.
