Ingredients:

Oil 4 tbsp
Chicken 1/2 Kg
Tomato 2 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Garlic 1 tsp (Chopped)
Ginger 1 tsp (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
National Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp (Roasted & Crushed)
National Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp (Roasted & Crushed)
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
National Black Pepper 1/4 tsp (Crushed)
Green Cardamom 2
Cloves 2
Yogurt 1/2 Cup

Direction:

Step 1: Take a karahi and add Oil and preheat it and then add onion and slightly fry it until it become into white color and then add Garlic, Ginger and stir it and add Cloves, Green Cardamom and stir it for 1 minute on medium flame and then add Tomato and stir it well for 1 minute and then add Chicken and stir it for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Red Chilli Powder, National Salt, Cumin, National Turmeric Powder, Coriander, Black Pepper and stir it well for 2 minutes on medium flame and then add Yogurt and stir it and cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium to low flame.

Step 2: After that remove the lid and add Green Chilli, Green Coriander and stir it on high flame for 2 minutes. After that dish out it. Your Dhaba Chicken Karahi is Ready.
