Pineapple Soufflé:
Ingredients:
Pineapple 1cup
Pineapple jelly crystals 1packet
China grass 3/4tsp
Cream 1packet
Condensed milk 1/2tin
Glaze cherries for garnishing
Whipped cream for garnishing
Method:
Finely cut the pineapples. Cook the jelly in water and when it starts to get set then add china grass, cream, condensed milk and pineapple pieces to mix it thoroughly. Then cool it in a dish. When it sets garnish it with cream. Lastly add pineapple, whipped cream and glaze cherries to garnish and serve it cold.

Kasturi Chicken :
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken cubes 750gm
Cheddar cheese 1cup
Yogurt 1/2cup
Black cumin (Roasted) 1tsp
All spices powder 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Green chili paste 2tbsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Oil 4tbsp
Papaya 2tbsp
Egg 1
Coal 1
Salt 1-1/2tsp
Coriander powder(roasted) 1tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken cubes with salt and papayafor an hour. Add all spices powder, lemonjuice, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, red chili powder, roasted coriander powder,cumin,yogurt and oil and marinate it for another hour. Then put it in a pan on high flame till it gets roasted and set it for simmer. Then smoke it with the coal. Beat egg and cheese and batter it on the chicken. Then bake it in the oven until the cheese melts and then serve it hot.
