Ingredients:
- Noodles 200g
- Chicken (cube cutting) 300g
- Mozzarella Cheese (grated) 20g
- Cheddar Cheese (grated) 20g
- Cheese Slice 2 slices
- Water as needed
- Cooking Oil 6 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Onion half
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Tomato chopped 3 pieces
- Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Red Capsicum half (chopped)
- Yellow Capsicum half (chopped)
- Green Capsicum half (chopped)
Method:
In a cooking pot, add water, salt, noodles, 2 tbsp oil and boil it. In another cooking pan, add 4 tbsp cooking oil, onion and cook until light brown. Now, add ginger garlic paste, chicken and cook for a while. Next, add salt, tomato, black pepper, red chili, ketchup, chili sauce, oregano, red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum and saute it. In a bowl, add some ketchup, then cooked chicken, then boiled noodles and repeat these steps. Now, add ketchup, cheese slice, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese. Use red capsicum, green capsicum, yellow capsicum for garnishing. Now, Oven Bake for 12-15 minutes on 230°C. Now it is ready to serve.
