Chicken mince mixture stuffed with mozzarella cheese cubes rolled into balls and deep fried.
CHICKEN CHEESE BOMBS
Ingredients
200 grams chicken mince
Mozzarella cheese cubes as required
1 large potato, boiled, peeled and mashed
½ cup dried breadcrumbs + for coating
1 tablespoon mixed dried herbs
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Oil for deep-frying
Chopped fresh parsley for sprinkling
Method
1. Grind chicken mince to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl.
2. Add potato, breadcrumbs, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions, stuff with a mozzarella cheese cube and shape into balls.
4. Dip each ball into beaten eggs and coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry stuffed balls till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
6. Sprinkle some parsley on top and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
