Ingredients
Mince 250 gm
National Kabab Masala
Bread 1 sliced
Onion ground 1
Onion 1 large chopped
Green chillies 4 chopped
National Garam MAsala 1 tsp heaped
National Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaped
National Salt 1 tsp
National Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
National Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Nutmeg ground ¼ tsp
Mace ground ¼ tsp
Gram flour roasted 2 tbsp heaped
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp chopped
Raw papaya paste 1 ½ tbsp
Onion rings for garnishing

Cooking Directions
Marinate mince with onion, raw papaya paste, bread slice, ginger garlic paste, roasted gram flour, all spice,salt, mace and nutmeg, red pepper, coriander, National Kabab Masala and mix all well and leave it for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan, fry onion till light golden.
Now add it into marinated mince and fry for 15 minutes till its colour turn into brown.
Garnish with chillies, coriander leaves, onion rings and serve hot.
