Ingredients:
Chicken 1 Kg
Yogurt 1/2 Cup
Bihari Masala 2 tbsp
Tamarind Pulp 1/4 Cup
National Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
National Cumin Powder 1 tsp
National Coriander Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tbsp (Crushed)
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl and add chicken and add Vinegar, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt and mix it well and rest it for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Take a bowl and add Yogurt, Tamarind Pulp, Bihari Masala, National Cumin Powder, National Coriander Powder, Button Red Chilli, Oil and mix it well and add chicken from step 1 and then mix it well and rest it for 2 hours.
Step 3: After that take a pan and put this chicken and cook it for 40 minutes (20 minutes each side) on medium to low flame with lid. After that your Bihari Chicken Tikka is ready.
Bihari Masala Powder Ingredients:
Roasted Gram 2 tbsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Citric Acid 1/2 tsp
National Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
Paprika Powder 2 tbsp
Kachri Powder 1 tsp
National Salt 1 tsp
Nutmeg Powder 1 tsp
Mace Powder 1 tsp
National Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Bihari Masala Powder Direction:
Take a grinder jar and add Roasted Gram, Coriander Seeds, Poppy Seeds, Citric Acid and grind it well and then add Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp, Paprika Powder, Kachri Powder, Salt, Nutmeg Powder, Mace Powder, National Garam Masala Powder and grind it again. Your Bihari Masala Powder is Ready.
