Mirazur and International Acclaim:

In 2006, Colagreco’s career took a significant turn when he opened his own restaurant, Mirazur, in Menton, France. Situated on the French Riviera near the Italian border, Mirazur quickly gained attention for its innovative approach to cuisine, which seamlessly combined French culinary traditions with Colagreco’s Argentine heritage.

Within a year of its opening, Mirazur received its first Michelin star, a testament to Colagreco’s culinary talent and commitment to excellence. The restaurant’s success continued to soar, and in 2009, it was awarded a second Michelin star, firmly establishing Colagreco as a rising star in the culinary world.
