Ingredients:
Chicken 2
Olive oil 3-4 tbsp
Olpers Cream 4 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Crushed chili 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Toothpicks 4
For Dressing:
Carrot 1
Capsicum 1
Corn 1/2 cup
Black olives 2 tbsp
For Sauce:
Sriracha sauce 3 tbsp
Olpers Cream 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
Put Olpers cream, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, crushed chili and salt in bowl, mix it nicely, mark cut on chicken and fill mixture in it.
Then close cut with toothpick, heat grilled pan, add olive oil and steak and grill on high flame until golden brown.
Then take out in platter and keep it aside.
For dressing: Mix all ingredients.
For sauce: Put all ingredients in pan, mix it nicely, put on steak and serve with dressing.
