Chapli Kabab Burger :
Ingredients:
Chicken Chapli Kabab 1 packet
Burger buns 4
Cheddar cheese 8
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Onion slice 4 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Tomato slice 2
For Green chutney:
Green chutney 4
Green coriander ½ bunch
Mint ¼ cup
Tamarind paste 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Method:
In a pan, heat oil and fry chapli kabab then set aside. After this, fry bun from both sides and set aside. After this make the chatney with the ingredients, mix and blend it well. Spread the chatney on both sides of the bun. On the bottom side of the bun place onion slice then place chapli kabab . After this, put the cheese slice, tomato slice on top. Then put the kabab with the cheese slice and mayonnaise then place on bun top slice then serve it .
Chicken Cutlets:
Ingredients:
Chicken mince ½ kg
Boiled and mashed potato ½ kg
Onion chopped 1
Garlic 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Egg 2
Flour 1 cup
Bread crumbs 2 cup
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Green chili slices 3
Crushed cumin 1 tbsp
Method:
In a pan heat 5 tbsp oil and fry the onions then add chicken mince for 5 minutes. Now add cumin, garam masala, garlic, green chili, salt, black pepper and fry and set aside. Then add boil and mashed potato mix and make cutlets. Now coat the cutlets in flour. Dip in bread crumbs and cook for 5 minutes and serve.
Aalu Chanay Ka Salan:
Ingredients:
Boiled potato cubes ½ kg
Black chickpeas 2 cup
Chaat Masala 2 tbsp
Ginger slices 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Garlic 1 tbsp
Onion slices 2 medium
Red chili slices 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry the onions.Then except chaat masala add all ingredients along with 1 cup of water, mix and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve .
