A crunchy toast made using fresh Cashewnut butter.
CASHEWNUT BUTTER TOAST
Ingredients
½ cup broken cashewnuts
8 multigrain bread slices
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsps honey
Method
1. Roast cashewnuts in an air fryer at 120º C for 5-7 minutes till lightly browned. Transfer in a bowl and cool to room temperature.
2. Toast bread slices in an air fryer at 180º C for 4-5 minutes.
3. To make cashewnut butter, place the roasted cashewnuts in a mixer jar and grind alongwith 2 tbsps water, vanilla essence, honey to a smooth paste. Transfer in a bowl.
4. Spread the prepared cashewnut butter on bread slices, halve the slices. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately.
