  1. Hi, Jamie. I want to know about 'Freekeh', and I heard you had a plan to develop  'freekeh bread'… I tried to find that video, but i couldn't. Please let me find a your video about 'freekeh recipe'.

  2. Not so much a question, more of a statement and request:

I wonder why it is that a cook/chef always uses only part of a fruit or veg, they never use ALL of it. Have you ever seen HALF a lemon, or HALF a parsnip or HALF a Tomato for sale in the supermarket, and the part you DON'T use never lasts very long, so you HAVE to use it up fast or throw it away. Just once I'd like to see a chef use ALL of his/her ingredients, as in ALL of a can of peas or ALL of a can of tomatoes, or ALL of a parsnip, without having to throw ANYTHING away, it would make such a pleasant change, I'm SURE there are plenty of other people who think the same too, especially those on a limited budget.

Come on chefs spread the word use the WHOLE VEGIE the WHOLE fruit and the WHOLE can of stuff, not just one BIT of it

  4. Hi jamie im a big fan been watching you for years and now my kids love watching you i have loads of you kitchen equipment love it and i do loads of your recipes keep up the good work Oh and i loved your american road trip you did 🙂 🙂

  5. Jamie, we share so many passions around food and life, and I admire you greatly. Admittedly, I married your doppelgänger (not on purpose, however). I love all you do to encourage kids to eat well. My teen son is a brilliant eater…but my preschooler is awful. Thankfully, he loves the robust smoothies I give him, so he's not starving. I'd love ideas on helping him conquer food though. Believe me, I've tried everything, and he's offered loads of options. Help if you can…I absolutely adore you!

  6. Love these behind the scenes footage, I would totally love to see the how Jamie writes his books and his designing meetings – yes please Jamie, let us in for a peek !! I have been an avid Jamie fan since all the way back to the Naked Chef ( some of my best loved recipes are from that book) so it's so cool to get to see what goes on behind the scenes.

Does Jamie ever go to Fifteen in Cornwall? It's my favourite restaurant in the whole world and I'd love to see one of Jamie's trips there. When we visit my in-laws who live in Cornwall we have a tradition of going to Jamie's for breakfast and then taking the dogs for a walk on Watergate bay beach – pure heaven !!

  7. Just want to thank you for all your help in cooking very fantastic food – I have always loved cooking but you have inspired me to cook italian food and now I am enjoying doing different type of food so thanks for all your videos and recipes would never been able to make pasta as I only learnt it from you and now I make ravioli, pizza, bread and so much more – you put yourself out there to teach people how to eat healthy – you need to be congratulated on such a fantastic effort of helping so many people – I am older but appreciate everything you are doing for the world regarding healthy eating – I am from Australia but would love to meet you one day – thanks heaps – also love your comfort cookbook it is fantastic – the recipes are so good.
    Cheers
    Robyn

  8. Thank you for your vlogs Jamie! It would be very interesting to hear how you put together recipes and cookbooks – how much of them do you personally write? how much is your team involved? All the work involved in the production of a cookbook from start to finish together with the TV programme. thanks again

  9. I would love to see one of those meetings by the way. Doesn't sound boring, rather interesting in how do you manage to do all off these things??

  10. I love, love, love your new vlogging vids Jamie. Been following you since Naked Chef days and I am a huuuuuge fan so love to see you "behind the scenes". I am a new mother too and would love to see what you cook for your kids. I know the Chiappas do children recipes but I'm after recipes the whole family and my 18 month old toddler can enjoy. xox

  11. my 14 yr old daughter has type 1 diabetes and chronic pancreatitis so low fat and low carb can get boring you have inspired her to try new foods/herbs that if I had suggested would have been vetoed on then spot we both love your channel THANK YOU!!!!!

  12. Thank you so much for all your videos! You are one of the first persons I look up for when I need a new recipe. Thanks to you I finally know how to make the perfect scrambled eggs that taste just like the ones I always got as a child on holiday. Cheers! 🙂

  13. I would love to see how you write a book. I've always dreamed of doing that but it seems very overwhelming. Thank you for all of these videos,

  14. Jamie…
Been watching you cook since Olivers Twist. What I get is your sincere passion not only for food ,but for change, and I thank you.

  15. Jamie. I live in London and have been cooking for 4 years. I love food and food is my life. I've not worked in a professional kitchen but want to start my own market stall or something of the sort creating anything from bread, cured and smoked meats etc. but I would really want to learn butchery properly first so I can do everything from scratch and source everything so 100% is done by me. (Adventurous I know but I believe it creates more of an emotional bond between me and the food I produce) but it seems like no butcher is hiring apprenticeship or training/stage work near by. What would your advice be for someone like me?

  16. hey Jamie, could you may make a podcast about the different types of vinegar (white, red, balsamic,…) and to which kind of dishes it fits? Would be really interesting. Thanks, Leo

  17. Its fun how I have always been watching Jamies tv shows, now this and the more I watch, the deeper a relationship i feel, it is rather strange, I know so much about him yet I can't imagine that he got a clue about my existence!

I really want to meet him one day to say a personal thank you for teaching me how to cook and for fighting for a better future for every single kid!

  18. Hi Jamie, I think what you do is amazing! Thank You! I wish there would be more people like You, taking action in different fields of everyday life. Waking people up and showing them the right way. You are great!

  19. Would be great to see behind the scenes on Jamie's HQ!! Decision-making with the Food Tube lot, fun stuff. Great videos Jamie, that's why we love you.

  20. Would love to meet some of the people that work with you to help create the Jamie Oliver/Food Tube brand! Designers, camera folk, kitchen help … guessing you have a lot of incredibly talented people on your team and that it takes a village 🙂 Thanks for everything you do Jamie!

  21. Hey Jamie,
what do you think about this LowCarbHighFat diet and a way of living as well ? Your recipes often contain
big amount of grains, so i would like to hear your opinion on this gluten free thing that is going on.
Thank you, lots of love and respect.
    Marija
