Cardamom Butter Chicken :
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken cubes ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 2
Butter 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Cashew nuts 6
Small cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Boiled grinded tomatoes 1 cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Salt, red chili, turmeric as required
Small cardamoms 8-10
Cream 4 tbsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Green coriander, chopped green chili 2 tbsp
Method:
In chicken stock chopped onion and cashew nuts cook till than onion tender .then blend in a blender .now butter and oil heat and small cardamoms add then fry .after this add chicken and fry till than golden and remove it .now add grinded onion ,ginger garlic paste ,grinded tomatoes ,salt ,red chili ,turmeric and yogurt mix and roast well .then add kasoori fenugreek and cream add and mix then leave on dum .finally add green coriander and chopped green chili and serve .
Punjabi Aalu Lobia Curry:
Ingredients:
White kidney beans(boiled) 2 cup
Potatoes 2-3
Chopped onion 1 large
Boiled chopped tomatoes ¾ cup
Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Salt, red chili ,turmeric as required
Oil ½ cup
Coriander powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Green coriander, green chili for garnishing
Onion rings for garnishing
Method:
In white kidney beans add salt and soaked for 5 to 6 hours .then boil .now heat oil and fry onion .after this add tomatoes ,salt ,red chili ,turmeric ,coriander ,chopped ginger garlic and cumin add and roast .then add 1 cup of water in potatoes and cook till than potatoes tender .after this add white kidney beans and all spices powder mix and further cook on low heat till than remaining few gravy .finally garnish with green coriander and green chili and onion rings .
