Bohri Cutlets:
Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 600 gms
Green Chillies 1-1/2 tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
All spice Powder ¾ tsp
Ginger Powder 1 tsp
Onion 1
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves as required
Eggs 2
Bread Crumbs as required
Lettuce, Tomatoes for garnish
Method:
In chicken mince add green chili paste ,salt ,all spices powder onion ,green coriander ,cumin powder ,ginger paste and bread crumbs mix and chop in a chopper .now make thinly cutlets and roll in bread crumbs .then Wisk the egg and fry deep .now garnish with salad leaves and tomatoes then serve .
Bohri Qeema Khichdi :
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Chopped onion 1 large
Tomatoes 2 large
Salt to taste
Red chili powder as required
Turmeric as required
Clarified butter ½ cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
Green chili paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
For rice ingredients:
Rice ½ kg
Yellow lentils ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Mix all spices 1 tbsp
For layering:
Boiled eggs 5
Boiled fry potato 2 cup
Fried onion ½ cup
Green coriander ½ bunch
Green chili 6-8
Method :
Making for mince heat clarified butter and fry onion. Then add beef mince ,salt ,red chili powder ,turmeric ,green chili paste and ginger garlic paste mix .then grinded tomatoes and yogurt add and roast well then add ½ cup of water .when mince tender then add garam masala and remove from stove .now add rice yellow lentils ,mix all spices and salt add and boil till than half done .now in a woke add water and do the layer then second layer mince now on top boiled chopped egg ,fry potato ,fried onion ,green coriander and green chili add now add the remaining rice .then add hot clarified butter and leave on dum finally remove and serv .
