Beef Dry Chili Fry:
INGREDIENTS:
Beef (Under cut) 1- ½ kg
Green Chilies 5
Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Corn Flour 2tbsp
White Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
White Vinegar 2 tbsp
Garlic 8 cloves
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 6 tbsp
Ginger (finely cut) 2 tbsp
Capsicum (finely cut) 2
Oyster sauce ½ cup
Rice boiled 2 cup
METHOD:
With sharp knife cut 1- ½ kg undercut into fillets. Then add salt as required in these fillets, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp crushed white pepper, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, 8 garlic cloves, 1 tsp corn flour and 1 tsp chicken cubes (mixed with flour) and mix it properly and keep for half an hour.
Now in a pan heat 4 tbsp oil and stir fry it on low heat. When water evaporates, then in another frying pan add 1 tbsp oil and stir fry green chilies and add it in the meat and cook .then in oyster sauce add corn flour ,1 tbsp sugar ,2 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes and then pour on beef and garnish with capsicums ,ginger and serve with rice .
Crust Filled Pizza:
Ingredients for dough:
Flour 750 grams
Semolina ½ cup
Yeast 3 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Egg 2
Ingredients for topping:
Chicken leg boneless ½ kg (cubed)
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Sweet corn 1 cup
Onion in cubes 1 large
Capsicum in cubes 2
Cheddar cheese 1-1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 cup
Pizza sauce 1-1/2 cup
Sliced mushrooms 1 cup
Method:
Add all the ingredients of the dough to a bowl and knead with Luke warm water to soft dough. Then cover and set aside to rise. In a bowl add chicken, salt, crushed red chili, oregano and garlic powder and mix well. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken on high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside.
Roll out the dough into a disc and place the dough in a pizza pan with 2” dough extra on the outside. Now place chicken and cheese on the sides of the dough and cover. Then spread pizza sauce in the center and bake on 225 C for 10 minutes. Remove and place cheese then chicken and vegetables on top and bake again for 15 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
Mint Margarita:
Ingredients
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Sugar 2tbsp
Lemon juice 2tbsp
White soft drink 1 bottle
Ice cubes as required
Method:
In a blender add mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar and ice cubes blend till it becomes a paste form then add white drink and blend. Serve chill
