Banana Oat Smoothie:
Ingredients
Bananas 2
Porridge 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 3 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Ice as required
Method:
Blend all the above ingredients in the blender and serve.
Curd Chicken Curry :
Ingredients:
Chicken 750 gram
Yogurt 1-1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric ¾ tsp
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
White cumin powder 1 tsp
Dried fenugreek 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Green chili (cut lengthwise) 6-7
Clarified butter ½ cup
Green coriander ½ bunch
Chopped onions 2
Boiled eggs for garnishing
Method:
Marinate chicken with 2 tbsp of yogurt and leave for 1 hour .then heat clarified butter and fry onion .after this add chicken and roast .then ginger ,garlic paste ,salt ,red chili ,turmeric ,cumin and remaining yogurt add and roast .then add 1 cup of water .when chicken tender then add dried fenugreek and all spices powder and leave on dun for 5 minutes .then dish out and garnish with egg ,green chili and green coriander and serve .
Persian Potato and Chicken Salad:
Ingredients:
Potato (boiled and cubed) 2 kg
Peas (boiled) ¾ cup
Chicken (boiled) ½ cup
Egg (boiled) as required
Cream cheese 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise 6 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Green onion (chopped) 4 tbsp
Ingredients:
Take a bowl to mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Then add boiled, cubed potato, boiled peas, boiled chicken, boiled egg and dill. In the end garnish with green onion and radish.
