  1. Looks very easy, and I'm sure it tastes nice,, I'm going to try this ..If you roast the Brinjal in microwave, would it taste the same or it is better to roast it on an open flame ?..

  2. nice and simple recipe. In Mumbai where i stay, i hv seen most of the Gujarati households use spring onions instead of the regular onion and garnish with spring onion greens. It tastes yummy.
