brinjalhalf kg

turmeric 1/4tsp

salt to taste

Italia3 Olive Oil 5tbs

gg paste1tsp

red chillie powder half tsp

zeera powder half tsp

yougurt half kg

Take 1/2 kg Brinjals and cut them in thin round slices. Apply 1/4 tsp turmeric and 1/4 salt to it and mix. Shallow Fry in Italia Oilve Oil them in single layer in a frying pan and take it out in a plate. In the same pan add 2 tablespoon Italia Olive oil, 1 tblsp ginger garlic, 1 tsp (slightly heaped) red chili powder, 1/2 tsp zeera powder and 1 tsp salt with 2 tblsp water. Cook this masala for a while and put it into fried brinjals. Mix it with light hands.

Take 1/2 kg yogurt add 1/4 cup water to it and whisk it till smooth. (Do not add anything to it.

Now in a serving dish make layers of yogurt and brinjals. Sprinkle  green chilies.
