Boil black Chana 250gms
Italia olive oil 3tbsp
Salt
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Chaat masala 1tsp
Zeere 1/2tsp
Kari leaves 5
Imli pulp
2tsp flour mix in little water
2 boil potato cut in to small pieces
Coriander, green chilli and chopped onion for garnishing.
Method:
Heat oil add zeera Kari leaves then chili powder, salt, chaat masala with little water bhuno lightly then add flour mix with water simmer it for 5minutes. Add Chana n mix it well add boil potato mix if you feel dry add little water cook for 5 min then add Imli pulp in the end garnish. Serve with papri. Enjoy!!
