A delicious tikki recipe perfect as party starters or appetizers.
ALOO BHUJIA TIKKI
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1 cup aloo bhujia sev
Salt to taste
2 tbsps corn flour
½ inch ginger, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
Corn flour slurry as required
Oil to deep fry
Method
1. In a bowl, add potatoes, ½ cup aloo bhujia sev, corn flour, green chillies, salt, ginger and mix well.
2. Divide the mixture in equal portions and shape them into tikkis. Dip in corn flour slurry and roll in the remaining aloo bhujia sev.
3. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the prepared tikkis till crispy and golden brown in colour, remove on an absorbent paper.
4. Serve hot with green chutney.
