Ingredients
- Flour ( Maida) 1/2 kg
- Ghee 50 gram semi solid
- Water as required
- Salt 1 tsp or as per taste.
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp cornflour
For filling:
- 3 potato boiled mashed
- 1 onion medium size chopped
- Any Achaar half cup
- Salt as to taste
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Honey required in the last.
Directions
For the Making of dough,Divide 3 parts like (white O) (red o) (green o).Follow collage making chunks of khaja,For the Making of filling take 3 potato boiled mashed,1 onion medium size chopped, any kind of achaar half cup, Salt as to taste and chaat masala 1 tsp, Mixed all ingredients set aside.
Now,Make a chunk shape by hand press.Fill it with potato mixture close and fry in ghee.When the achaari khaja is fried then spread honey on the top.remove and set aside to be served.
