  • بینگن گول چھوٹے ایک کلو
  • مونگ پھلی پچاس گرام
  • خشخاش پچاس گرام
  • تِل پچاس گرام
  • زیرہ ایک چمچ
  • (ان سب کو توے پر بھون کر پیس لیں)
  • سرخ مرچ دو چمچ
  • نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
  • دھنیا ایک چمچ (پسا ہوا)
  • املی کا پانی آدھا کپ
  • کڑی پتہ تھوڑا سا
  • کوکنگ آئل ایک کپ

ترکیب

  • پسے ہوئے مصالحہ کو پانی میں گھول لیں۔
  • بینگن چاک کرکے اس کے اندر بھرلیں۔
  • ایک پتیلی میں تیل گرم کرکےایک ایک بینگن اور کڑی پتہ اس میں چھوڑدیں اور باقی بچا ہوا مصالحہ بھی اس میں ڈال دیں۔
  • اوپر ڈھکن ڈھانپ کر اسے پکائیں جب بینگن گَل جائیں تو املی  کا پانی ڈال دیں۔
  • مزید پانچ منٹ پکائیں بگھارے بینگن تیار ہیں۔
