  • کچنار ایک کلو
  • گھی سوا کپ
  • (پیاز چار عدد (بڑی
  • دہی چار کپ
  • ہلدی حسبِ ضرورت
  • لال مرچ حسبِ ضرورت
  • نمک حسبِ ضرورت
  • پانی حسبِ ضرورت

ترکیب

 

  • پیاز گھی میں سرخ کرکے اس میں گوشت ڈالیں اور تھوڑی دیر بھوننے کے بعد ہلدی، لال مرچ، نمک اور دہی ڈال کر بھون لیں۔
  • اس کے بعد ضرورت کے مطابق پانی ڈالیں اور گوشت کو گلا لیں۔
  • پانی خشک ہونے پر اچھی طرح بھون لیں۔
  • کچنار کو اچھی طرح دھونے کے بعد بھنے ہوئے گوشت میں ڈال دیں اور تھوڑی دیر کےلئے بھونیں۔
  • آخر میں تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر اوپر سے ڈھک دیں اور دھیمی آنچ پر پکنے دیں۔
  • جب کچنار اور گوشت گَل جائیں تو چولہے سے اتار لیں۔
