Ingredients:
Chicken:2 fillets
Black pepper:1-1/2 tea spoon
Salt: to taste
Flour:2 tbspoon
Oil:1 tb spoon
Add all things in a bowl add chicken and marinate it for 1 hour.
Coating:
Flour: 1 cup
Cornflour: 1/2 cup
Eggs:2 (beaten)
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: 1 tbspoon
Red chill powder:1teaspoon
Coat the chicken and fry on medium heat until cooked.
White sauce:
Oil:2 tbspoon
Flour: 2 tbspoon
Roast it.
Milk:1/2 cup
Add gradually.
Then add 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 100gms deens mozzarella cheese and mix well until thickened.
Take your desire vegetables and bake it for 10 minutes
Boil rice: 1 cup
Assemble:
Take rice put chicken pour white sauce and served with baked vegetables.
