Aalu karahi:

Ingredients

Potatoes ½ kg
Tomatoes ½ kg
Cumin 2tsp
Red pepper crushed 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds 2tsp
Dried fenugreek 1tbsp
Turmeric 1tsp
All spice 1tsp
Ginger 2tbsp
Coriander ½ bunch
Green chilies 6
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Ginger garlic 1tsp

Caramel cream:

Ingredients

Milk 1liter
Rice ground ½ cup
Cardamom ground ½ tsp
Sugar 1cup
Almonds 100gm
Butter 1tbsp
Silver paper as required
Pistachios 50gm
Coconut crushed 100gm
