Dhaba fish curry 😊
Fish of your choice 6 pieces (i used surmai)
Brown onuon 1 cup
Tomato paste 1 cup
Yougurt 3tbsp
Curry leaves 6 to 8
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 1tbsp
Haldi powder 1tsp
Zeera powder 1tsp
Dhania powder 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Methi dana 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Qasoori methi 1tsp
Lemon juice 2tsp(optional)
Italia Olive Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
Add a pinch of haldi 1/2 tsp gg paste on fish nd shallow fry for 5 minutes..keep it aside.
Now heat oil add in curry leaves,cumin seeds,methi dana nd mustard seeds when it starts poping add in brown onion, gg paste,tomato paste n yougurt bhunofy for 5 minutes now add in red chilli powder,dhania powder,zeera powder,salt n haldi powder add in 1/2 cup water n let it cook for 5 more minutes..now add in fish followed by qasoori methi,garam masala powder if u want more gravy add 1/2 cup water at this stage nd let it simmer untill fish completely done…nd u get ur desired gravy.add lemon juice nd serve with boil rice or chapati.
