Ingredients:

  • Potato 1 kg
  • Tamarind Pulp 1/2 cup
  • Italia Oil 3 tbsp
  • Roasted Crushed Cumin 2 tsp
  • Turmeric Power 1/2 tsp
  • Black seeds pinch
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp heaped
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Chilli Sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste 

Method:

  1. In a pan add oil. Put curry leaves and other ingredients. 
  2. Make paste and then add boiled potatoes. 
  3. put for 5 minutes and then put it on du for 5 minutes on low flame.
